I joined Bidcactus in mid-September and by mid-November had "invested" roughly $1,000. Never having belonged to an auction site previously and needing to learn a lot , I finally had won about $2,900 worth of merchandise and gift cards to complete a good majority of my Xmas shopping. I found great customer service , a fellow named Kip in particular , that was very helpful in giving me tips to help me to learn the best ways to bid so as not to waste bids needlessly and he was also very attentive and accommodating to 2 problems I encountered. The first problem , there was an error with the clock on a particular item , he had the technicians go back and look at the auction , found my claim to be correct , and refunded all my bids for that particular auction with a few extra to say "we're sorry for the inconvenience". The second problem , I had won 2 Nintendo Wii's , the first for about $1.96 , and the second for about $3.75. The second one never arrived. I contacted him , he investigated immediately , and had another ordered and on the way to me within a few hours. Generally , your items won are delivered to you within 2 weeks of your winning them by way of UPS. They also show great concern with charities and are constantly polling their client base for input as to new items and new gift cards. Their base of gift cards has grown tremendously and everybody can find something to satisfy their cravings. They expanded to operate 24 / 7 and have a total of 8 "item windows" running during most of the day and 3 or 4 throughout the night during the slow or quiet times. The site has grown and become quite popular and may seem a bit crowded but if you pick and choose your times to "play" you can do quite well for yourself. They may expand even further in the near future by adding more windows , therefore having more items available to bid on that would help to ease the overcrowding. All - in - all , BidCactus is definately a great site where bargains can be found on a regular basis and there's great customer service to back it up with. They also auction bidpacks and you can buy gift bidpacks to give or send to a friend or loved one. Check 'em out , it's worth it.

The people who run the site are very friendly and helpful. I think that they offer items of very good quality. They don't just offer the cheapest stuff around. Also, they are always looking to add new items that are of interest to the people bidding.

Moreover, Bidcactus donates to many charities. Since I have been bidding, I have seen donations to American Cancer Society, Food Banks and now, they are donating to Haiti. I am happy that I picked them to bid with.

Not a good site u see the same people win time and time again I did win twice on here but in the long run not
worth it.

I signed up over a week ago and paid for some bids...I have STILL not received my bids, and the worst of it is, I have sent an e-mail inquiry EVERY DAY FOR THE LAST WEEK, and I have not received a single response from bidcactus. There are way too many penny auction sites out there to deal with a company who treats their customers this way. AVOID BIDCACTUS!
